Part P building regulations and the 17th edition of IEE electrical regulations has brought much needed responsibility and accountability into our industry. AES has a strong commitment to you the customer, from installing a single light or adding extra sockets too, partial or full rewires, we offer a comprehensive service both inside and outside your home.

Being an approved NICEIC contractor brings you the customer great benefits, all works are carried our to comply with current regulations and legislation, all works are guaranteed and Part P works are covered by the building regulations warranty scheme. All works are tested and certificates are produced for each job carried our and records are kept by AES for future reference.

As an approved contractor we are assessed once a year to verify that we comply with the IEE regulations and current standards. Also checks are made on records kept, tools and equipment, and a handful of jobs are picked to visit during our inspection. Checks are also made to ensure we keep up to date with current training courses and technical literature.
